Analytics: We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. This collects anonymised data such as pages visited, time spent on site, and general location (country/city level). Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish between visitors. We do not use this data to identify individuals. Your data is stored securely using Supabase, with servers in the EU. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration, or loss. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel only.

Data retention

Email subscription data is retained until you unsubscribe. Contact form messages are retained for up to 12 months after your enquiry is resolved. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' standard retention periods.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you, have inaccurate data corrected, request deletion of your data, restrict or object to processing, request data portability, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us. We will respond within one month.
